30th November 2021 Update:
From 30th November it is mandatory for customers to wear a face covering upon entering a Swansway Motor Group dealership unless you are exempt. All of our staff in customer facing roles will also be required to wear one.
All of our showrooms will remain open with the sales department continuing to operate usual opening hours and unaccompanied test drivers for customers. Our service departments will also continue to operate as they have been, minus collection, delivery, and courtesy vehicles.
All departments are following safety measures to continually protect our customers and colleagues including temperature checks upon arrival, face coverings being worn by our staff members and the continual use of sanitisation stations along with social distancing markers in place throughout the dealerships.
Our sales teams remain available to assist you with all aspects of your vehicle purchase in person or if you prefer digitally or by telephone and we will continue to offer a click and collect service, so you can take ownership of your next vehicle safely.
Digitally, our teams still remain fully available to offer personalised videos of our used vehicles, virtual appointments and are still available via the phone to assist you with your purchase. We will continue to offer a click and collect service for all vehicles purchased throughout this time. For those who prefer to enquire remotely, live chat is available 24 hours a day and we continue to offer an online reservation service, allowing you to reserve a vehicle online for £49 and apply for finance.
